I recently received correspondence from a person who had the displeasure of dealing with Master Leonard S. Green of the Manchester Family Court. This person had brought up an issue with their spouse alienating their child. They were told by Green that Parental Alienation was the buzz word of the 1980’s and it doesn’t even exist.
Master Leonard S. Green has now been added to the Unethical “Wall of Shame.” Anyone that would make a statement that parental alienation is a buzz word and it doesn’t exist has no business sitting on the bench and is a disgrace to the family court system. Just as ignorance is no excuse for violating the law, ignorance is no excuse for destroying a child’s life.
Go to the Courthouse Forum at the following link and take the survey and rate this Marital Master. You will note that he has a “D” rating.
Master Leonard Green actually BROUGHT UP the issue of parental alienation in my case, saying the father was:
ReplyDelete"highly likely to use his position to alienate the children fro their mother".
...but then gave the father primary custody. TEN years later, the father follows no Court orders, and has engaged the family in litigation now for over a decade. The relationship with the mother has deteriorated to just 4% of the time, after multiple accusations of abuse, deemed false after investigation, review or litigation.
No justice or law in NH Family Court.
Agreed!
DeleteIn my case, Leonard Greene had no regard to the real issues with the children. He was merely slapping the parents hands. He did not read or listen to the Guardian Ad Litum's recommendation that the mother should have full custody of the children. When the children were old enough they told their father that they wanted to live full-time with their mother. They knew when they were 10 and 7 that they wanted to live with their mom, but the incompetent Manchester Family Court did not listen. MFC tortured the children with 4 years of going back and forth and back and forth. Finally when they were 14 and 11 they convinced their dad to allow them to live full time with their mother. If Judge Greene was even the least bit concerned or aware he would have made the correct decision from reading the Guardian Ad Litum's recommendations. It is so obvious that he did not read or prepare anything.
Happy ending is that the kids are with mom full time and Dad gets to see them for vacations and when ever he schedules a weekend with the children. The children's dad has full access to them and they have a stable home with mom.
