WANTED FOR THE UNETHICAL "WALL OF SHAME"

Information to post on Unethical NH Attorneys, Guardian Ad Litems, Marital Masters, Judges or any other persons involved in "Judicial Child Abuse" or "Judicial Child Neglect." Please email details to nh.unethical.attorney@gmail.com. We will not post your identity or give out your personal information.

Message Board:

We need to keep the pressure on the NH Family Courts by educating the public about the numerous injustices occurring. Please feel free to send us your information for posting. I have not had any recent dealings with the court system so I do not have current information to post. The best way to deal with these unethical judges, guardian ad litems and lawyers is to post as much on them as you can so that people do not want to do business with them. I have personally known judges that have their own practices as most judges are attorneys first. Hit these people where it counts. Their wallets. Starve them out and cut off their funds. When people do not want to use their services, they will have to change their evil ways or be unemployed.

NH Guardian Ad Litem May Have Issues With Children – Did The NH Guardian Ad Litem Board Conduct A Proper Background Check On Tracy A Bernson Prior To Appointing Her

Through public information, this blog was able to get some disturbing information on what appears to be public postings by NH Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney Tracy A. Bernson.  Although this information has not been confirmed by contacting Tracy A. Bernson, she appears to be the author.  We will point out the facts and let you decide.

This information was easily obtained online through public sources which would leave one asking the following question.  Does the NH Guardian Ad Litem Board conduct background checks on their GAL applicants.

Below is a post from a chat room and the author appears to be Tracy Bernson.  The post is dated March 12, 2000.  Through Tracy A. Bernson’s own website, this blog was able to confirm that she was attending Syracuse University at that time.  The full email address that appears on the post if you click on her name is:

tabernso@mailbox.syr.edu

In doing our research, it appears that the ending “mailbox.syr.edu” is a Syracuse University email ending.  According to a reliable source, Syracuse University email address’s use eight characters.  They begin with the person’s initial of their first name, the initial of their middle initial and then their last name.  The email address can only be eight letters long so once your combined characters are eight characters long, the email name ends.  In other words, if your name was John Jacob Jingleheimerschmidt your email address would be “jjjingle@mailbox.syr.edu” hence it stands to reason that tabernson@mailbox.syr.edu is the mailbox of Tracy A. Bernson.
Here is a post that appears to have been posted by Bernson.  You can click on the link below to see the actual post.

I am highly sensitive to sound. Insanely so. Sounds that make me
crazy: people chewing (anything), clicking, tapping, thumping (like people walking
heavy), creaking.   I become incredibly anxious when I am in the room with
children, young ones, who are playing -- even though I know they are there (like in a
waiting room), their 'noises' startle me. This is something I have had all my life -- I am not sure I could connect it to the depression.  I, too, wish there was something I could do about it.

Once you go to the original post, if you click on the name Tracy when you go to the above link, the following profile below emerges:

tabernso@mailbox.syr.edu

This person has not created a profile.

Is this the same Tracy A Bernson that is a NH Attorney and GAL?  If so, how good of a background check could the GAL board have done on Bernson?

If this is the same Tracey A. Bernson and she did write “I become incredibly anxious when I am in the room with children, young ones, who are playing -- even though I know they are there (like in a waiting room), their 'noises' startle me. This is something I have had all my life -- I am not sure I could connect it to the depression.  I, too, wish there was something I could do about it” wouldn’t this create a conflict for her as her role of a Guardian Ad Litem?

If you go to the link below, this will bring you to Tracy Bernson’s website.  You will note that she was attending Syracuse University in 2000.

Not for depression. But for weightloss. I lost 40 lbs on it in 5 months.
However, it made me feel awful. Heartracing, dizziness, edgy..   Nothing I have
exprienced before. It also raises one's blood pressure. I personally wouldn't
recommend it.  [And, after losing all that weight, I developed numerous
gallstones, and had to have my gallbladder taken out.. and gained all the
weight back.]

I am trying to finish a graduate degree and made the decision to stay in school. I
made those around me aware of what I was going through and I have found support from
faculty. You would be surprised how many academics suffer from depression, anxiety
(ever been through tenure?), and other  issues. As long as you don't use the illness
as an excuse, they will work with you.
"They" say that fighting through this illness is better than escaping into
isolation. I know that initially I felt better isolated, in bed, not getting up
everyday, but then the guilt set in and made things worse. For me, I try to get up
everyday and do things, and being able to say that I did  X makes me feel better.
Like I am winning the battle.

Best,
Tracy

For what it is worth.. I think your doc. is right. I used to think medication
alone was the answer, but I have seen the benefits of therapy.  Are there any
clinics where you are. They are typically run by residents, and from my
experience, are caring, concerned, and knowledgeable. They aren't jaded like a doc
who has been in the field for a while.  Before you say no or listen to those on
this list who would be more apt to jump up and down against therapy, at least
investiage it.

Here is another post that was copied from the following link:  http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/chili_con_carne/

Can this be cooked in a crockpot? Can you tell me how you would change the recipe so I don't mess with the integrity of what you intended?
Hi Tracy, I haven't cooked this in a slow cooker, so your guess is as good as mine. If I were to do so, I would do all the steps 1-5 and then put the mixture in a slow cooker and go from there. ~Elise

Why would a person write on a blog about a chili con carne recipe and sign their name with the title “Esquire.”  Is this done to impress all of us commoners?  People that flaunt their titles and throw it in our faces have an issue.

As you can see by the public information that was found, if this is indeed the same Tracy A Bernson, there are some major issue here with her being a Guardian Ad Litem..

If someone has issues with being “Incredibly Anxious” around children and appears to be in a depression, would you want them making decisions that affect any children’s welfare?  Please respond and let us know what you think.

  1. Tracy A. Bernson appears to have been about 26 years old when she posted this.

If her problems as of that date had existed "all of her life," then for AT LEAST 72% of her life, she has had major issues with children.

NOW, she is a Guardian ad Litem? Entrusted with children's "best interests?" HUH?

Obviously, she needs major psychiatric help, and in that sense I feel bad for her - but much more so, I feel for every child and family that has ever had the misfortune...damnation...of meeting her.

As for the GAL board...somebody needs to set some standards here. If Bernson passed the "standard," then it is no wonder taht our family system has gone down the toilet, flushing our children with it.

As for her need to advertise "esquire" on a cooking website: pathetic.

  2. An unqualified, if not certifiable loon being appointed by the state as a bargain-basement "therapist" wannabe, aka GAL? I'd have never fathomed that a state could possibly dishonor their court system... unless of course they already knew ahead of time that there really is NO honor in the family courts, in which case this is just about right on par.

  3. Come to think of it... having experience with the bargain basement hacks that call themselves "guardians" in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, I can definitively say that a flagrant lack of meaningful qualifications is a pre-requisite for such jobs. Take a good hard look at Barbara Landry of Amherst, MA, Cynthia Gilman of Manchester, NH, and Doug Green of Keene, NH, just to name a few. Corruption doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of these miscreants that tout themselves as "officers of the court," though perhaps it's to be expected from a corrupt court.

And, all the hacks in the basement (where they belong) of the Essex Family & Probate "Court" - you know who you are, your names will be noted and published. You know full well that you have no business being employed, much less in any people-oriented position, and sure as hell not in any position that involves the emotional health and well being of children.

  4. "Esquire" posted on a cooking website: not only pathetic self-aggrandizement, but a demonstration that this woman's mental problems have not only persisted for a long time, but that they aren't going away any time soon.

I stop "feeling badly" for anybody who has psychiatric problems when they make a conscious decision to stuff her own mental illness down the throats of little kids who depend on her making sane, sound judgments about their lives. She made a conscious choice to become a "guardian", knowing full well that the majority of her life has been overtaken by mental illness, notably of sufficient magnitude to require medications, about which she chose to pontificate publicly.

The GAL board has no standards. How many upstanding, law-abiding people have been given the runaround, if not a complete bamboozling by these so-called "officers of the court"? I believe it was injust.us who so poignantly pointed out that if these "guardians" were employable as legitimate psychologists, they wouldn't be doing menially paid work for the "family courts." Only those who are otherwise unemployable, or who have a predisposition for bias would choose to take an 80% pay cut to do this bargain-basement work. So, of course the GAL board hasn't got any standards - their existence wholly depends on a lack of standards.

Damned straight about the "entrusted with childrens' best interests" bit - I have yet to find anybody in the "honorable" "court" system, from judges all the way down to these psychologist wannabes, who have given a damn about anything remotely related to the best interests of anybody but themselves and the fattening of their own wallets.

  5. This is all very disturbing. It needs to be made clear- and I do hope I am not being presumptuous in speaking on behalf of my fellow bloggers- that Tracy A. Bernson is not being criticized for her illness. Depression is indeed a very serious condition which requires a great deal of therapy, often augmented with medication. What Tracy Bernson DOES need to be, at the very least, criticized for is that she KNOWINGLY and DELIBERATELY entered into a profession in which her psychiatric state would preclude her from performing her job properly. Suddenly, her very personal problem becomes OUR problem, and as many of us have had the misfortune of witnessing, there is nothing we can do about it! It is absolutely frightening that a person whose anxiety is triggered by the most mundane and benign sounds (i.e. children playing) would go on to REPRESENT children. Our courts rely on the likes of Tracy Bernson to conduct a thorough and proper investigation when it appears she cannot even tolerate being in the same room as children. The family court system is an absolute farce marked by injustice, inefficiency, and inexpert recommendations of these unqualified fools.

  6. I have said it before and I will say it again. Read the book “People Of The Lie.” Evil people try to camouflage themselves by mingling amongst people that are good. If you are evil you don’t go walking around with a sign on your head that says “I’m Evil.” You try to fit in so others can’t identify you. You become a Judge, lawyer, politician, etc. You take a prestigious job so that people on the outside looking in think you are one of the good guys. You go to church; you volunteer to help for a needy cause. Remember the Catholic Church scandals? There were many priests that had been found to be molesting children. Do you think that being a priest makes you attracted to children or do you think that child molesters just became priests? My feeling is that child molesters became priest. They were evil people that found a place that they could fit in and camouflage themselves into society while they preyed on innocent children. I don’t know Tracy Bernson but I would bet that she is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

  7. ISSUE 2:
Reliable public information obtained by research arms of watchdog organizations reveals that Tracy A. Bernson was identified driving a cream colored Lincoln SUV, which is rife with signage denoting her "law firm" Bernson Legal. I suspect that is quite cost-effective advertising for a failing/failed lawyer. This vehicle bears the NH vanity plate "GR8LWYR," though it is not confirmed that this vehicle belongs to or is registered to Tracy A. Bernson. Doesn’t this take the term "vanity plate" to a whole new level? Question: Did the famed attorney Gerry Spence obtain the reverent reputation as a "Great Lawyer" aka "GR8LWYR" by his lawyering? Or did he need to advertise how great he was in advance, to convince people that this was true?

I would wager that her peers are laughing AT her, not with her!

To sum up, do we as a free and civilized SOCIETY want psychiatrically-ill people deciding intimate matters of family? There are several issues of constitutional, legislative, statutory, and common law viability surrounding this topic.

I would love to hear some feedback on these topics.

  11. Tried to send an email to the account you have but was bounced back...here is what I said....I think you should talk about Marital Master Love (Merrimack Family Court) and Attorney William Aivalikles (Nashua, NH). Marital Master Love has a history of not listening or allowing evidence and HATES Pro Se, especially women. I know of a lot of other people who have been before her and she is corrupt. The attorney is a slime. Lies for his clients and in my case even singed a legal document when his client stated he video taped me (with a 3rd party) on private property and now will not turn over the evidence. There is an investigation with the Hudson PD against my ex and this slime ball of a lawyer. I think more people need to know how corrupt and unjust the NH Family Court system is. Thanks for your blog. One question – can I add a link on my blog to yours? Thanks!

    1. All a horrific confirmation on what my grandchild, son-in-law, daughter and myself are going through right now with parental and grandparental alienation. The Lawyer in this instance being Tracy A Bernson and her hand-picked GAL who appears to have come from the same school. (In actuality he stated he was her instructor previously.Great Job, John). This GAL violates personal privacy rights, contacting people who aren't on either of the reference lists. This has been a horrible experience for everyone, most of all my grandchild. All of them claiming it"s for the ultimate health and well-being of the child. Not one of them has fully addressed this claim. They certainly cannot have done this as his report only has the continued alienation of above mentioned persons from her life and was strictly limited to interviews with only one party...I'm very sad, confused and fearful for all of these abandoned children

  13. Having some unfortunate experience with GAL Barbara Landry, I must tell you that I have oftened wondered whatever possess her to go into family law. I understand that she teaches tantric yoga in her law office in Amherst. For those of you who are not familiar with this form of yoga, please look up the Karma Sutra. That someone with these issues can be dealing with children is horrifying. She is also obviosly on quite a poweer trip. I bet she was one of those girls in high school who had to take away everyone else's boyfriend away just to prove that she could. also, completely inappropriate clothing for a professional person. She looks as if she buyss her clothes in the juniors department of Macy's or in Forever 21. the turqouise eye makeup must take at least twenty minutes per eye to slather on in the morning. What school gave this lady a law degree? And how did she ever get appointed as a guardian ad litem making critical decisions over children's lives?
