Public Hearing to be held tomorrow morning, March 22nd 2012 at 10am in the Legislative Office Building.  Room 303.  The building is located right behind the New Hampshire State House in Concord.

This Grievance is in regards to perjury, bias, parental alienation, GAL bias and collusion, judicial abuse and false imprisonment.

Children do best with both parents equally as the LAW STATES in RSA 461.

My husband, Nicholas, has not been allowed contact with his two daughters since September 26th 2009.  A mistake on an order made by a court, unwilling to fix their mistakes, caused my husband to be falsely incarcerated and has caused severe emotional and financial distress on our family.

We have made our case public.  We have reached out to the community and to those with power to help us (ex: Administrative Court Judge Edwin Kelly) and no one has fixed the mistakes made by the court causing the pain and suffering our family has endured.

With so much evidence and no where else to turn, we are going forward with our Redress Petition Hearing tomorrow morning.

Maybe the Legislative Branch will have something to say about innocent families being abused for WANTING TO SEE THEIR CHILDREN!!!!!

A Recent Experience Of Nicholas Haas Attempting To Speak To Judge Edwin Kelly

Family Court Justice? Think again....

On Wednesday, October 5th 2011, Hooksett Town Official, Nicholas Haas, of Hooksett NH, went to the Honorable Edwin Kelly's office in Concord NH.

Mr. Haas, a concerned citizen of the wrong-doings happening to parents in New Hampshire, was requesting a 10 minute meeting with Judge Kelly.

Mr. Haas spoke with Judge Kelly's Secretary through an intercom, who then told Mr. Haas that Judge Kelly does not meet with citizens involving open cases, and that he can contact Judge Kelly in writing.

A New Hampshire Citizen, requested a meeting with the Administrative Court Judge, only to be denied his rights AS a citizen, to be heard on an issue that involves families all across the state.

Mr. Haas and his wife, Samantha Haas, have tried contacting Judge Kelly "in writing" on more than one occasion.  Sometimes they receive a letter that states Judge Kelly cannot help, and sometimes, the requests in writing simply go unanswered.

Nicholas Haas Returns To Family Court For Hearing On Motions

On Tuesday December 13^th 2011 between the hours of 8:30 am and 12:30 pm Nicholas Haas will be in the Manchester Family Division 9^th Circuit Court at

35 Amherst Street, Manchester, NH.

People are encouraged to show up with signs and brochures in support of the Haas family. 

There will also be a gathering at the South Elementary School at

88 South Road, Londonderry, NH.  The gathering will be at

8 am.  The gathering will be 200 feet from the school property where the public and hopefully Nick’s daughters arriving to school will see signs in support of their father.

When The Courts Won’t Allow Parents To Be Parents And They Negligently Abuse The Same Children They Claim They Are Protecting By Separating Them From Their Parents, What Options Are Left To Communicate With Your Children – Many Parents Just Like Samantha And Nicholas Haas Have To Post Messages Online In Hopes That Their Children Will Some Day Read Their Messages And Realize That It Was Not They Who Choose To Be Separated From Their Children!

Dear AGH & LRH of Londonderry, NH;

The last time you saw your father, it was September 26th 2009.  We have pictures of the two of you, playing at our house that day.

Your dad and I have saved every picture of you, and every year, we contact your school photographer to get your school pictures, just so we can watch you grow.
You are seven and nine years old.  You were five and seven the last time your father could say he loved you.
He fights everyday for you both.  He misses you terribly.
You are too young to understand and too innocent to know.
 
You have done nothing wrong.  You are always loved by us and you need to know that your father never walked away from you.  He grieves in his heart for you both everyday.

With this letter, I can only hope, that you will know, in your hearts, that we will never give up on you.  We love you.

The Nicholas Haas Story Will Run On Channel 9 WMUR

WMUR Channel 9 News is running a story this Thursday night, July 14^th, 2011 at 11pm as a Special Report.   Tune in to see an interview with Nicholas. 

The story is about Nick being incarcerated into Debtors Prison on civil contempt and failure to pay child support, when he in fact is up to date on all child support.  They will mostly focus on the financial aspect at this point, since Nick was put in jail for it.

WMUR spent time with Nick and Samantha Haas and went to a court hearing with them and even went to Manchester Family to review the public records of the case. 

Nick was placed in jail because of an error in the court and because his ex failed to share all of her income in her original affidavits back in 2006/2007.
