WANTED FOR UNETHICAL "WALL OF SHAME"

WANTED FOR THE UNETHICAL "WALL OF SHAME"

Information to post on Unethical NH Attorneys, Guardian Ad Litems, Marital Masters, Judges or any other persons involved in "Judicial Child Abuse" or "Judicial Child Neglect." Please email details to nh.unethical.attorney@gmail.com. We will not post your identity or give out your personal information.

Message Board:

We need to keep the pressure on the NH Family Courts by educating the public about the numerous injustices occurring. Please feel free to send us your information for posting. I have not had any recent dealings with the court system so I do not have current information to post. The best way to deal with these unethical judges, guardian ad litems and lawyers is to post as much on them as you can so that people do not want to do business with them. I have personally known judges that have their own practices as most judges are attorneys first. Hit these people where it counts. Their wallets. Starve them out and cut off their funds. When people do not want to use their services, they will have to change their evil ways or be unemployed.

Friends & Fellow Victims of the N.H. Family Court System:

We KNOW you have a story to tell.  We also know that many people are here just to feel the comfort of knowing that they are "not alone."  Heck, that is a great reason to be here.

However, the watchdog/whistle-blower organization "Www.Injust.Us" is calling you to a NEW LEVEL OF ACTION!  We want your story - and get this:

***WE WANT YOUR STORY IN YOUR VOICE!!!***

Tell NH Judge Kelly About The Injustices In The Family Court System

Friends,

Please visit http://injust.us/kelleyletter.aspx and submit your letter to Judge Kelley.  This is a very important step in exposing the injustices in the family court system.  Ed Kelley is charged with the duty of training and overseeing the family division and all of the marital masters that do the state's divorce inc. bidding.  HOLD THIS MAN'S FEET TO THE FIRE.

SUBMIT YOUR LETTER TO ED KELLEY
Demand an answer from him as to what HE intends to do about the injustices you have suffered.

DO NOT settle for his suggestion that "you should file a complaint with the judicial conduct committee," or a complaint with the attorney discipline office or with the GAL Board.

Ed Kelley is an employee of the State of New Hampshire.  As an employee, he has a job to do.  As a member of the Bar, he has professional rules of conduct to obey, and as a judge he has a role to fulfill.  HOLD HIM TO ACCOUNT.

Submit your letter at http://injust.us/kelleyletter.aspx

again, this is of pivotal importance.

WE NEED EVERY ONE OF YOUR STORIES.  IF YOU HAVE NOT TOLD YOUR STORY YET ***GET TO WORK***

A Parental Alienation Poem - The Wise Words Of One Father

The Man Is “He”

I wake in the morning with the sun shining and the birds singing.
As I carry out my routinely ritual of getting ready for work,
I look in the mirror and who do I see?
There is someone else I see and “He” is looking back at me.

NCSEA ACKNOWLEDGES TURNIP CAMPAIGN, CHANGES WEBSITELAWSUIT STIRRING COMMENTS, ACTION
Dear Reader;
Much has transpired since our Tuesday communication.  Below are updates and opportunities.

Save the Turnips
The Facebook Campaign to confront Child Support Agencies and their inhumane practices toward child support payers is off to a rousing start.  Over 300 people ‘liked’ thesavetheturnips page in the first 24 hours.   But there’s more…One basis of this campaign is disgust over how child support officials identify child support payers as ‘turnips.’  We provided a link to a National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) training program titled:  “Getting Blood from a Turnip: New Farming Techniques for Increasing Your Yield.”

NH Attorney And Guardian Ad Litem Has Issues With Depression - More Disturbing Information Found On Tracy A. Bernson - Article Published In The Syracuse University Post-Standard On June 23, 2001 Discusses Her Major Depressive Disorder

STUDENT SUES SU UNDER DISABILITIES ACT SUIT SAYS LAW SCHOOL SHOULD HAVE ADJUSTED FOR HER CONDITIONS DURING TEST-TAKING.

BYLINE: Jim O'Hara Staff writer

SECTION: LOCAL; Pg. B5

LENGTH: 499 words

Tracy Bernson recently completed her first year of law school at the Syracuse University College of Law. But she's already headed for the courtroom.
She won't be there as a lawyer, though. She'll be there as a litigant because she is suing SU, claiming the university violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by failing to accommodate her in taking her final exams last month.

We Need Your Story!

Have the police ever refused to enforce a visitation order?
Have the police or other law enforcement ever refused to enforce a custody or visitation order?  Have you ever been told by law enforcement that custody and visitation are civil matters and that you must motion the court for enforcement?  Are you aware that it is a criminal offense to interfere with custody according to N.H. RSA 633:4?  Law enforcement officers have a duty to uphold the laws and constitution of their jurisdiction, when they swore an oath and can be disciplined for not so doing.  A court order unless vacated, reversed, or modified is the "law of the land" and the police have an obligation to enforce it in this case.  Unfortunately, they don't often do so.

RAISE YOUR VOICE:  Please visit http://injust.us/nhrsa633report.aspx and fill out an incident report.  This is part of an initiative to collect and analyze data about injustices in the family court system and in other areas of government where officials are not doing their jobs.

Sympathetically,
Fight Injustice

NH Guardian Ad Litem May Have Issues With Children – Did The NH Guardian Ad Litem Board Conduct A Proper Background Check On Tracy A Bernson Prior To Appointing Her

Through public information, this blog was able to get some disturbing information on what appears to be public postings by NH Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney Tracy A. Bernson.  Although this information has not been confirmed by contacting Tracy A. Bernson, she appears to be the author.  We will point out the facts and let you decide.

This information was easily obtained online through public sources which would leave one asking the following question.  Does the NH Guardian Ad Litem Board conduct background checks on their GAL applicants.

Below is a post from a chat room and the author appears to be Tracy Bernson.  The post is dated March 12, 2000.  Through Tracy A. Bernson’s own website, this blog was able to confirm that she was attending Syracuse University at that time.  The full email address that appears on the post if you click on her name is:

tabernso@mailbox.syr.edu

In doing our research, it appears that the ending “mailbox.syr.edu” is a Syracuse University email ending.  According to a reliable source, Syracuse University email address’s use eight characters.  They begin with the person’s initial of their first name, the initial of their middle initial and then their last name.  The email address can only be eight letters long so once your combined characters are eight characters long, the email name ends.  In other words, if your name was John Jacob Jingleheimerschmidt your email address would be “jjjingle@mailbox.syr.edu” hence it stands to reason that tabernson@mailbox.syr.edu is the mailbox of Tracy A. Bernson.

My Mother’s Funeral Services – How My Ex Wife Denied Me The Right To Be In Company Of My Children In A Time Of Mourning And How Her Acts Of Evilness Interfered With My Final Farewells To My Mother

My mother had been sick for sometime when she passed away on August 1st 2009 at the age of 82.  The day before as luck would have it, I was making the two hour trip to see her in the nursing home when I had an accident and had to abandon my trip.  The following day I got the news that my mother passed away.

Upon learning of my mother’s passing, I contacted my ex-wife and left her a message.  In my message I told her of my mothers passing and asked that I be able to take the children with me to the services so they could pay respect to their grandmother.  I never heard back from my ex.

I made the two hour trip without my children to Arlington Massachusetts so that I could pay my respects to my mother and to be with my family.  I was informed by my brothers when the calling hours would be and when the funeral service would be.
