WANTED FOR UNETHICAL "WALL OF SHAME"

WANTED FOR THE UNETHICAL "WALL OF SHAME"

Information to post on Unethical NH Attorneys, Guardian Ad Litems, Marital Masters, Judges or any other persons involved in "Judicial Child Abuse" or "Judicial Child Neglect." Please email details to nh.unethical.attorney@gmail.com. We will not post your identity or give out your personal information.

Message Board:

We need to keep the pressure on the NH Family Courts by educating the public about the numerous injustices occurring. Please feel free to send us your information for posting. I have not had any recent dealings with the court system so I do not have current information to post. The best way to deal with these unethical judges, guardian ad litems and lawyers is to post as much on them as you can so that people do not want to do business with them. I have personally known judges that have their own practices as most judges are attorneys first. Hit these people where it counts. Their wallets. Starve them out and cut off their funds. When people do not want to use their services, they will have to change their evil ways or be unemployed.

Mother Hits Father with Car on Video; Prosecutor Refuses to Bring Charges; Police Jail Dad (From the Website of Fathers and Families)

An Iowa father is knocked off his feet by his ex-wife after she drives straight into him.

Events caught on a school surveillance camera in Oelwein, Iowa on January 28 hold many lessons for the family court reform movement. The entire event can be seen here, and it makes fascinating viewing.

According to the dad, whom I will call “Josh”, he enjoys 50/50 shared parenting of his five children under Iowa’s fairly enlightened shared parenting laws. He claims mom had interfered with his designated parenting time the day before, so on the day of the videotaped incident, Josh was determined to avoid a repeat. He notified the school that he would be picking his daughter up an hour early. But the school notified mom, who came to the school six minutes before Josh.

NH Court Overhaul Plan Faces Hurdle (Article from Sunday Feb 13, 2011 Union Leader)

By MICHAEL CUSINEAU
New Hampshire Union Leader Staff
House Speaker William O'Brien doubts the Legislature this session will approve $4.7 million for a proposed court system overhaul and predicts a review of the entire plan might not happen until summer.

"To throw this in the mix (of a tough budget year), it's difficult to see how it's going to come out in any positive way," O'Brien said in an interview last week. He also said the judicial branch may well need "to start looking for some immediate staff reductions" rather than thin its ranks solely through retirements and attrition.

The Gregory Mantell Show -- Parental Alienation Syndrome

Here is a Youtube video I came across about the effects of Parental Alienation on kids.  This 26 minute video is excellent and will help you understand just what parental alienation is doing to our kids.  There were many comments on Youtube that alienating parents should be made to watch this video.  The sad thing is, the alienating parents watching this video probably wouldn't get it.  Unethical attorney's like Jaye Rancourt would be unfazed.  Unethical Guardian Ad Litem's like Doug Thornton wouldn't believe it.  Unethical Marital Master's like David Forrest would just ignore it.  With that in mind, I watched the video to help myself deal with the alienation my ex has forced upon my kids.  My hope is that one day my kids will grow up and see the light.  It's a terrible thing to have your children constantly tell you that they hate you.  Just remember, it's not there fault.  Continue to give them unconditional love.

How To Enforce Visitation Rights Yourself (From mensnewsdaily.com)

I came across this article and found this to be interesting.  When reading this article, keep in mind that NH has a statute on Interference of Custody which is NH RSA 633:4.  Also, keep in mind when the author talks about audio recording interaction with your ex, NH is not a one party state which means you have to notify the other person that you are audio recording them and if you do not it's a felony.

How To Enforce Visitation Rights Yourself

2007-12-23

Many men find themselves caught between police officers who refuse to enforce visitation rights and family judges who refuse to do anything after-the-fact. This happens because police do not have a method to use. Since feminists won’t give them one, it is up to us to show them the way.

In the 1990s, I developed an effective method for visitation / parenting time enforcement that worked very well. We ended up training the St. Louis Police Department with it. Please note that I am not an attorney and that this method should not be construed as legal advice. It is experiential advice that is being handed down from one activist to another.

Courts in N.H. struggle with load - Counties see rise in delayed rulings (From a 2008 Article)

Associated Press / September 29, 2008

KEENE, N.H. - More people are being left in legal limbo because of increased caseloads, more complex cases, and shortages of judges and clerical staff at New Hampshire's Superior Courts.

Cheshire County has one full-time judge, Brian Tucker, and one part-time judge, John Arnold, who spends six months of the year in Sullivan County, where he is the only active judge.

"It is not an exaggeration to say that every day there are at least two stacks at least a foot tall of routine matters on Judge Tucker's desk," said Cheshire County Superior Court Clerk Barbara Hogan. "Some days there are four or five stacks, and he gets them done every day. He's working them before and after the court opens."

US Supreme Court to Hear Case Challenging Constitutionality of Jailing Parents for Inability to Pay Child Support (From the Fathers and Families Website)

Fathers and Families has for many years publicized the terrible child support problems often faced by low income obligors, and we've had some legislative success on the issue. Nevertheless, the problem remains acute, particularly due to the recession.

The injustice is typified by the case of Jeremy Lavine, one of three Fathers and Families supporters quoted in a national Associated Press article on the issue.

Lavine worked in the real estate industry and had a  $1,100 a month child support obligation based on a $4,500 a month income. Like so many in the real estate industry, his income dropped precipitously, yet the Florida Department of Children and Families told him his industry was going to bounce back and refused to give him a downward modification. The kicker? Lavine's kids live with him 50% of the time.

My Ex-Wife’s Mobbing Behavior – One Of The Keys To Her Success With Alienating Our Children From Me

If you’re doing your research on Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS), I would recommend you read about mobbing.  Mobbing is using a group of people to bully against one person.   With every group there is always a ringleader.  In my case it was my ex-wife.  My ex-wife has mobbing down to a science and she used others to bully me for years without my knowledge.  Evil people like my ex-wife will use unsuspecting people in their mobbing campaign to beat you up.  They manipulate others into doing their bullying.

In the case of my ex-wife, she began to mob me with her family, my sister, her friends, my friends, our friends, my boss and other co-workers.  Every time she felt I was out of line, she tried to turn people against me.  She liked to put me on public trial regarding our marital problems by using friends and family as the jury.  It’s no wonder that after twelve years of marriage I finally had enough of her behavior.
